Dublin county football team

Football Codes

The Dublin county football team represents Dublin in men's Gaelic football and is governed by Dublin GAA, a county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. It competes in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Leinster Senior Football Championship and the National Football League. Its history is defined by three golden eras: eleven titles between 1891 and 1908, four championships under Kevin Heffernan and Tony Hanahoe in the 1970s and early 1980s, and six titles under Jim Gavin from 2012 to 2019, including five in a row from 2015 to 2019. Dublin is the second most successful team in the championship, with 31 titles behind Kerry's 39, and plays home games at Croke Park and at Parnell Park in Donnycarney.
