The Philadelphia Wings were an American professional box lacrosse team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that played in the National Lacrosse League. The original franchise began in 1987 as one of four original teams of the Eagle Pro Box Lacrosse League, the competition now known as the NLL, and ran until 2014, when the team relocated to Uncasville, Connecticut and became the New England Black Wolves. In 2017 the league announced Comcast Spectacor as owner of an expansion franchise that took the Wings name for the 2018-19 season, and that second version ceased operations after the 2026 season. The Wings are tied for the league record of six titles, four North American Cups in the Major Indoor Lacrosse League era followed by Champion's Cups in 1998 and 2001.
