Simon Ammann

Simon Ammann is a Swiss ski jumper born June 25, 1981, in Grabs, nicknamed the Harry Potter on skis for his glasses and boyish appearance during his breakout Olympic run. He won four Olympic gold medals by sweeping both the normal hill and large hill individual events at the 2002 Salt Lake City Games and repeating the feat at the 2010 Vancouver Games, making him the most decorated ski jumper in Olympic history. He competed at six Winter Olympics across a career spanning more than two decades and also won multiple World Championship and World Cup titles.
