Athletes

This category is the top-level index for the atlas's Athlete entities: the individual sportspeople profiled for their competitive careers, records and achievements across the sports and competitions this atlas covers. Each entry covers a specific athlete rather than the sport, competition or governing body they compete in or under, which are filed under their own respective types elsewhere in the atlas.
