What happened with Chris Ferguson and the Full Tilt Poker allegations?
The Justice Department alleged in 2011 that Full Tilt directors took customer money; Ferguson's lawyer denied it and his case was dismissed in 2013.
On September 20, 2011, the United States Department of Justice amended an existing civil complaint against Full Tilt Poker, alleging that directors including Ferguson, Howard Lederer and Rafe Furst took money from the site's customers for themselves. A lawyer for Ferguson denied the allegations and suggested the problems may have come from mismanagement rather than malice. His court case was dismissed on February 19, 2013, and no further legal action was pending.
