Maria Ho is a Taiwanese-American poker player and television host and commentator, born in Taipei in 1983. She is counted among the top-ranked female poker players in the world, is an inductee of the Women in Poker Hall of Fame, and has won more than five million dollars in live tournaments. In 2011 she ranked second among female players worldwide, and she has stayed on the Top 20 Women's Yearly Leaderboard since 2016. Her record includes 80 World Series of Poker cashes, eight final tables across WSOP events, and one World Poker Tour title. She is the only player to be the Last Woman Standing four times in the WSOP Main Event, in the United States and Europe, with a best finish of 38th of 6,458 players in 2011. Away from the table she won a Global Poker Award as Broadcaster of the Year.
