Kevin Charles Bartlett, born in 1947 and nicknamed KB or Hungry, is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Richmond Football Club in the Victorian Football League. He was the first VFL or AFL player to reach 400 games, played in five premiership teams and won five Jack Dyer Medals, equalling Jack Dyer himself. He was mostly Richmond starting rover before moving to the half-forward flank late in his career, and he is a Legend of the Australian Football Hall of Fame. He returned to Richmond as senior coach in 1988 and was sacked at the end of 1991, then built a career as a broadcaster and match caller and sat on the AFL rules committee until 2014.
