Jeremy McGrath, born in 1971, is an American former professional motocross and supercross racer who is considered one of the most popular and influential riders in the history of motorcycle racing. He won seven AMA Supercross 250cc championships, one 250cc AMA Motocross championship, two 125cc West championships and a record 72 premier class supercross wins, and he was a two-time FIM Supercross World Champion and a two-time Team USA winner at the Motocross des Nations. His dominance and showmanship drew new audiences to supercross and earned him the name King of Supercross, while his nickname Showtime came partly from his nac-nac move, which helped spawn freestyle motocross. He also took small film roles and licensed a video game series.
