Fabio Di Giannantonio is an Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer, born in Rome on 10 October 1998. He won the Italian PreMoto3 250 Championship in 2012 and was runner-up in the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup in 2015. In Moto3 he rode for Gresini Racing, and in 2018 he took four podiums and two wins as the team won the teams championship alongside Jorge Martín. He moved to Moto2 with Speed Up Racing in 2019 and to Gresini in 2021, finishing seventh in the standings with one win, then stepped up to MotoGP with Gresini on a Ducati in 2022, where he took his first premier class pole position at Mugello. From 2025 he rides for Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team.
