Ema Zajmović, born on 7 April 1990, is a Bosnian-Canadian professional poker player. Born to Bosnian parents, she moved with her family to Quebec City after the war in 1996 and took up poker at age 19, playing primarily cash games rather than live tournaments. She won her first tournament prize money at a European Poker Tour side event in Barcelona in 2011. On 15 February 2017 she won the WPT Playground event in Kahnawake for CA$241,500, becoming the first and only woman to win an open World Poker Tour Main Event, an achievement recognized with the Moment of the Year Award at the 2017 American Poker Awards. She later finished second in Amsterdam in April 2018 and second in Montreal in November 2018.
