Christian Bahmann, born on 22 July 1981 in Plauen, is a German slalom canoeist who competed at the international level from 1999 to 2008. He won the gold medal in the C2 event at the 2005 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Penrith, and he also collected a silver and a bronze medal at the European Championships. At the 2004 Summer Olympics he finished fourth in the C2 event, paddling together with the former Olympic bronze medalist Michael Senft. He comes from a canoeing family, as his mother Angelika Bahmann won the women's K1 event at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich.
