Chris Björin

Christer Chris Björin is a Swedish professional poker player, now based in London, England, who has kept a relatively low profile and avoided many televised tournaments and interviews. He has been a regular at the World Series of Poker since the early 1990s and won two bracelets, one in 1997 and one in 2000. He has cashed in the 10,000 dollar no-limit hold 'em Main Event in nine different years between 1992 and 2018, with a ninth place finish in 1997 as his best result there. He also cashed several times at the World Series of Poker Europe, including third place in a 2010 six-handed event, and finished second at the 2012 English Poker Open for 49,680 pounds. As of March 2021 his live tournament winnings exceeded 5,000,000 dollars and he ranked second on Sweden's all-time poker list.
