Charlie Brumfield (June 9, 1948 to June 1, 2025) was an American attorney and professional racquetball player, born in Oceanside, California. He was the top ranked player on the men's professional racquetball tour for most of the 1970s, winning four end of year championships, and won national racquetball singles championships in 1972, 1973, 1975 and 1976. Brumfield began in handball, took up paddleball in 1964 and won his first national paddleball singles title in 1969, ending the streak of his friend Bud Muehleisen. He was the signature player for Leach Industries rackets, earned a law degree at the University of San Diego, practiced law from 1973, and in 1988 became the sixth person inducted into the Racquetball Hall of Fame.
