Ben Yu

Ben Yu, born 8 January 1986, is an American professional poker player, commentator and writer who grew up in Los Angeles, California, and attended Stanford University before turning to poker as a career. He has won four World Series of Poker bracelets and reached 15 WSOP final tables, and his seven cashes at the 2011 series tied him with Kirill Rabtsov for the most that year. His eight cashes in WSOP limit hold'em events, four of them final tables, total 576,415 dollars and rank him 13th all time. By July 2025 he had earned more than 9,900,000 dollars in live tournaments, and he has written strategy columns for Card Player magazine since 2013.
