Syracuse Orange men's lacrosse

Hockey Codes

The Syracuse Orange men's lacrosse team represents Syracuse University in NCAA Division I college lacrosse and is one of the sport's best known programs. The Orange play their home games at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, New York, and compete in the Atlantic Coast Conference after years as an independent and a short spell in the Big East. The program played its first intercollegiate game in 1916, produced stars such as Jim Brown, Oren Lyons and the Gait brothers, and has won ten NCAA championships since 1971, the most of any program, plus a 1990 title later vacated by the NCAA.
