Australia National Rugby League Team (Kangaroos)

The Australia national rugby league team, known as the Kangaroos, represents Australia in men's international rugby league and is the most successful national side in the sport's history, having won a large majority of Rugby League World Cup titles contested since the tournament's founding in 1954 and maintaining a long-standing position as the sport's dominant international power. Playing in green-and-gold, the team draws its playing pool primarily from the National Rugby League competition and has historically maintained a fierce rivalry with New Zealand, alongside the annual State of Origin series between its own constituent Queensland and New South Wales representative sides.
