The Deutscher Fussball-Bund (DFB), the German Football Association, is the governing body for association football in Germany, founded in 1900 in Leipzig and headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, one of the largest single-sport national federations in the world by membership. It oversees the German men's and women's national football teams, both multiple FIFA World Cup and UEFA European Championship winners, and organizes the DFB-Pokal, the country's primary domestic football cup competition.
