Napoleon at War, subtitled Four Battles, is a 1975 quadrigame published by Simulations Publications, Inc. (SPI), collecting four separate two player board wargames that each simulate a different battle fought by Napoleon Bonaparte. Designed by a team crediting David Isby, Tom Walczyk, Irad B. Hardy, Edward Curran, Frank Davis and Redmond A. Simonsen, the four component games share a common rules system and physical production, letting players learn one rule set and then apply it across several distinct Napoleonic engagements rather than buying four separate full sized wargames. This quadrigame format, in which several smaller, thematically linked games are bundled together under one shared system, was a recurring product line at SPI during the 1970s and let the company cover a wider range of historical battles at a lower cost per title than its larger monster wargames.
