Zhou Ruiyang is a Chinese professional Go player born on March 8, 1991, in Xi'an, Shaanxi province. He became the youngest challenger for China's Tianyuan title at age fifteen and won the championship the following year in 2007 at sixteen, making him the youngest titleholder in the country at the time. He went on to win the NEC Cup in 2007, the Changqi Cup in 2010, the Bailing Cup in 2013, the LG Cup in 2013 and 2016 and the Chunlan Cup in 2014, reaching 9 dan and earning a silver medal in the men's team event at the 2010 Asian Games.
