Yutaka Take is a Japanese flat racing jockey born March 15, 1969, in Kyoto, who made his riding debut in 1987 and has accumulated more than five thousand career wins, holding seven all time Japanese jockey records. He won at least one Grade 1 race every year for twenty three consecutive years through 2010, holds a record five Japan Cup victories, and is both the youngest and the oldest jockey to win a Japan Racing Association Grade 1 race, first at nineteen years old in 1988 and again at fifty seven in 2026.
