Yoda Norimoto is a Japanese professional Go player born on February 11, 1966, in Iwamizawa, Hokkaido. He turned professional in 1980 and reached 9 dan in 1993, going on to win 35 titles over his career, the seventh highest total in Japan, including two Kisei titles in 1998 and 2009, four Meijin titles between 2000 and 2003, two Honinbo titles in 2004 and 2007, and six Gosei titles between 1996 and 2005. Internationally he won the Ing Cup and Samsung Cup in 1996, the Tong Yang Cup in 1994 and the Fujitsu Cup in 2004, and in 2017 he became the twelfth Nihon Ki-in player to reach 1,100 career wins.
