Vincent "Vin" Baston (5 August 1919 to 4 June 1963) was an Irish hurler who played club hurling for Passage in Waterford and for Army in Galway, and was centre-back on the Waterford senior hurling team that won the 1948 All-Ireland Championship. He began his club career with the Passage junior team, winning a Waterford Junior Championship medal, and later won two Galway Senior Championship medals with Army in 1947 and 1948. He first appeared for Waterford as a minor in 1937 and made his senior debut during the 1939-40 National League. Waterford had to yield to Cork, who dominated the Munster championship between 1939 and 1947, but in 1948 a single point separated the sides at full time and Waterford won the Munster final, which brought Baston his first Munster medal before the county went on to the first All-Ireland title in its history. He also won Railway Cup medals with Munster from 1948 and retired from inter-county hurling in 1950.
