Stephan Vuckovic

Stephan Vuckovic is a German triathlete, born on 22 June 1972 in Reutlingen. He competed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics and won the silver medal in a time of 1:48:37.58. He began in International Triathlon Union races before moving to World Triathlon Corporation events, and from 2005 raced several long distance triathlons, finishing second at Ironman Canada in 2005 and third at Ironman Lanzarote in 2007. At the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii he placed tenth in 2005, which earned him the best rookie title that year, and fourteenth in 2006.
