Sjoukje Dijkstra (1942 to 2024) was a Dutch figure skater from Akkrum, the daughter of speed skater Lou Dijkstra. She won the ladies' singles gold medal at the 1964 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, the first Winter Olympic gold for the Netherlands, after taking silver at the 1960 Games behind Carol Heiss. She was three times World champion from 1962 to 1964, five times European champion from 1960 to 1964 and six times Dutch champion.
