Shota Yuriyevich Khinchagashvili, born on 9 January 1951 in Dusheti, is a retired Georgian football player who played for the Soviet Union national team. His honours include the Soviet Top League title in 1978, the Soviet Cup in 1976 and 1979, and the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1981. He made his debut for the USSR on 28 November 1976 in a friendly against Argentina, and he played in qualifiers for the 1978 FIFA World Cup and for UEFA Euro 1980, although the Soviet team did not reach the final tournament for either of them.
