Raymond Domenech, whose full name is Raymond Manuel Albert Domenech and who was born on 24 January 1952, is a French football manager and former player. He managed the France national team from 2004 to 2010 and led it to the final of the 2006 FIFA World Cup. After France was eliminated from the 2010 FIFA World Cup he was dismissed for serious misconduct, which ended his six years in charge of the national side. His tenure therefore spans one World Cup final and an elimination four years later.
