Peta Louise Edebone, born on 9 February 1969 in Melbourne, Victoria, is an Australian softball player who won bronze medals at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics and a silver medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics, where she captained the squad. After knee surgery following the Athens Games she retired from competitive softball. At the Sydney Olympics she hit four home runs, which tied the Olympic record, a mark later broken at the 2004 Games by Crystl Bustos. She was invited to take part in the Victorian Women's Football League Metro versus Country match, played as a curtain-raiser to a Collingwood and Carlton match at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in May 2007.
