Ole Einar Bjørndalen is a retired Norwegian professional biathlete and coach known as the King of Biathlon. With fourteen Winter Olympic medals he ranks second on the all time list of multiple Olympic medalists, and he is the most successful biathlete in Biathlon World Championships history with forty five medals. He also holds the record for most career Biathlon World Cup wins, with ninety five, and won the Overall World Cup title six times between the 1997 to 1998 and 2008 to 2009 seasons.
