O Meien, born Wang Ming-wan on November 22, 1961, is a Taiwanese professional Go player who became a professional in Japan in 1977 and reached 9 dan rank in 1992. He won the Honinbo title in 2000 and 2001, the Oza title in 2002 and the Daiwa Cup in 2007, and is known among Go players for his quick fuseki, the opening phase of a game, and his aggressive fighting style.
