Nino Salukvadze is a Georgian sport shooter who competes in pistol events and holds the record for the most Olympic Games appearances by a female athlete, with ten between 1988 and 2024. Born in Tbilisi, she competed for the Soviet Union in 1988, the Unified Team in 1992, and Georgia from 1996 onward, winning Olympic gold in the women's 25 metre pistol and silver in the 10 metre air pistol in 1988, and Olympic bronze in the 10 metre air pistol in 2008. She also won multiple gold medals at World and European Championships in pistol events during the late 1980s and early 1990s, and she carried Georgia's flag at the opening ceremonies of the 2012, 2020 and 2024 Olympics.
