Ned Doyle, formally Edmond Doyle, was an Irish hurler, born on 28 August 1877, who played as a defender and as a forward for the Kilkenny senior team. He made his first appearance for Kilkenny during the 1903 championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen for the next few seasons until his retirement after the 1912 championship, and during that time he won six All-Ireland medals.
