Meg Lanning is an Australian cricketer, a batsman who captained the Australian women's national cricket team through a long run of international success in the 2010s and early 2020s. Under her captaincy Australia won multiple Womens Cricket World Cup titles across both the fifty-over and Twenty20 formats, and she is regarded as one of the most successful captains, male or female, in the sport's history.
