Mame Biram Diouf is a Senegalese professional footballer who plays as a striker, born on 16 December 1987. He began at Diaraf before moving to Molde in 2007, where he won the Norwegian First Division in his first season and earned promotion to the top division. His goals attracted bigger clubs and in 2009 he moved to Manchester United, staying on loan at Molde until January 2010, scoring on his home debut and winning the League Cup as an unused substitute in the 2010 final. He joined Hannover in January 2012, scoring 35 goals in 71 appearances, then Stoke City on a free transfer in 2014, where he scored 25 goals in 157 appearances over six seasons. He made his Senegal debut in 2009 and has played at the Africa Cup of Nations in 2015 and 2017 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
