Liam Dowling

Liam Dowling was an Irish former hurler who lived from 25 January 1931 until his death on 20 November 1996 and played as a full-forward for the Cork senior team. He made his first appearance for Cork during the 1952 championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen at various intervals for much of the next decade. He is identified here as the Cork full-forward of the 1950s to tell him apart from other people of the same name.
