Lee Chang-ho is a South Korean professional Go player holding the 9 dan rank, the highest professional level, and is considered one of the greatest Go players of all time. He was ranked number one in the world in Go Elo rankings from 1991 to 2006, won his first international title at the 3rd Tong Yang Cup in 1992, and has won 143 career titles across domestic, continental and international competition, including 21 international titles, the most of any player in the game's history.
