Kevin Wayne Durant is an American professional basketball player, born in 1988, who began his career with the Seattle SuperSonics and Oklahoma City Thunder from 2007 to 2016 before winning two NBA championships and two Finals Most Valuable Player awards with the Golden State Warriors in 2017 and 2018, and later playing for the Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns and Houston Rockets. He won the 2014 NBA Most Valuable Player award and four scoring titles, has been selected to sixteen All-Star teams, and ranks fifth on the NBA's all time scoring list. He is the only male basketball player to win four Olympic gold medals, with the United States in 2012, 2016, 2020 and 2024.
