Kendrick Le'Demetrious Perkins, born on November 10, 1984, is an American former professional basketball player who works as a sports analyst for ESPN. He played fourteen seasons in the National Basketball Association. Coming from Clifton J. Ozen High School in Beaumont, Texas, he was drafted directly out of high school, going 27th overall in the 2003 draft to the Memphis Grizzlies, who traded his rights to the Boston Celtics. He spent eight seasons in Boston, winning a championship in 2008 and reaching another NBA Finals in 2010. He was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder during the 2010-11 season and reached a third Finals in 2012, then joined the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2014-15 for a fourth. After a season with the New Orleans Pelicans, a year unsigned and a spell with the Canton Charge of the NBA G League, he returned to the Cavaliers in 2018 and reached a fifth Finals.
