Kakha Kaladze (Kakhaber Kaladze, born 27 February 1978) is a Georgian former footballer who later became a politician and has served as Mayor of Tbilisi since November 2017. A versatile defender able to play centre-back, left-back or wide midfield, he started at Dinamo Tbilisi in 1993, moved to Dynamo Kyiv in 1998 and joined Milan in 2001. With Milan he won the Champions League twice, plus a UEFA Super Cup and a FIFA Club World Cup, and he also collected Serie A, Ukrainian Premier League and Umaglesi Liga titles. He played for the Georgia national team from 1996 to 2011, captained it 50 times in 84 appearances, and was voted Georgian Footballer of the Year in 2001 to 2003, 2006 and 2011.
