Jurgen Grabowski was a German footballer, born on 7 July 1944 and died on 10 March 2022, who played for Eintracht Frankfurt. He won gold medals with the West Germany national football team that took the European championship in 1972 and the FIFA World Cup in 1974, two of the major honours of German football in that decade. He is considered the greatest Eintracht Frankfurt player of all time, and his long association with that one club is the main thread of his career.
