Jordi Muñoz Baixas is a retired Spanish padel and tennis player, born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 1976. In tennis he could not stand out beyond Future tournaments. He came to padel late, at 29, alongside fellow Canarian Aday Santana, and quickly stood out, playing for the Spanish teams that won the team World Padel Championship in 2008 and 2010 and finished runners-up in 2014. A refined right-side player, he reached a Padel Pro Tour final in 2012 and between 2006 and 2014 never fell below the quarter-finals at the pairs world championship. He announced his retirement in 2022.
