Jim Hogan, formally James Hogan, was an Irish hurler who lived from 1928 until his death on 27 November 2010 and played as a right corner-back for the Kilkenny senior team from 1950 until 1957. He made his first appearance for Kilkenny during the 1950 championship and became a regular member of the panel over the next decade, and during that time he won one All-Ireland winner's medal as a non-playing substitute. He is identified here as the Kilkenny corner-back of the 1950s to tell him apart from other people of the same name.
