Ireen Wüst is a Dutch former long track speed skater who became the most successful speed skating Olympian ever by winning at least one gold medal at each of five consecutive Winter Olympic Games. She is the second athlete in any sport, Summer or Winter, to win a gold medal at five consecutive Olympics, and the first to do so in individual events.
