Hyland DeAndre Jordan Jr., born on July 21, 1988, is an American professional basketball player in the National Basketball Association. He played one season of college basketball for the Texas A&M Aggies before the Los Angeles Clippers selected him in the second round of the 2008 NBA draft with the 35th overall pick. He spent ten seasons with the Clippers and later played for several other NBA teams, winning his first NBA championship with the Denver Nuggets in 2023. He is a three-time All-NBA selection and a two-time member of the NBA All-Defensive Team, twice led the league in rebounding, and was named an All-Star in 2017. He holds the NBA record for career field goal percentage and won a gold medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics with the United States.
