Jacobus Theodorus Wilhelmus Prins, known as Co, was a Dutch association football player, born on 5 June 1938 and died on 26 September 1987. He played 184 matches for Ajax Amsterdam between 1959 and 1966, scoring 60 goals, and later played for 1. FC Kaiserslautern in Germany, where he was one of the few foreign professionals of the mid-sixties. He won ten caps for the Netherlands between 1960 and 1965. After football he appeared as the Allied prisoner Pieter Van Beck in the 1981 film Escape to Victory, and he died of a heart attack while playing in a match.
