Antonio Fernández Cano

Antonio Fernández Cano, known as Pincho Fernández, is a Spanish professional padel player born in Badajoz in 1992, who is right-handed and plays on the backhand side. He began with tennis as a child and took up padel at 12, where he met his later partner José Antonio García Diestro. He was Spanish champion in junior categories in 2006 and 2009 and three times absolute champion of Extremadura. By 2021 he lived only from padel. In August 2022 he and García Diestro won the Tenerife Open of the APT Padel Tour, and in 2023 they reached the final of the Reus Open, losing to Momo González and Miguel Yanguas.
