Anderson da Silva is a Brazilian mixed martial artist and boxer, born in 1975, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time. As UFC Middleweight Champion from 2006 to 2013 he set the record for the longest single title reign in UFC history at 2,457 days, during which he won sixteen consecutive fights, a UFC record at the time. He was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in July 2023.
