Alvin K. C. Ng, born on 17 October 1989, is a jockey who has been an apprentice jockey since July 2008 and rides for the Hong Kong Jockey Club. His English Wikipedia article reports that in late 2011 he won 7 races of 43, added 20 wins in the 2011/12 season, and won another 20 races in 2012/13 in an unsuccessful bid for the apprentice jockeys title. With 2 wins in the 2013/14 season he took his Hong Kong career total to 49. The article is brief and does not state his nationality, so this entry records only his riding career for the Hong Kong Jockey Club as that page describes it.
