Alex H W Lai is a horse racing jockey who rode in Hong Kong. His English Wikipedia article says he completed his apprenticeship in December 2007 and was champion apprentice for two seasons while indentured to the stable of Peter Ho. It gives his Hong Kong winner totals: 31 winners in the 2010/11 season for a career total of 185, and 18 winners in 2013/14 for a career total of 236. The major wins it lists include the Queen Mother Memorial Cup with Mr Medici in 2009, the Sprint Cup with Ultra Fantasy in 2009, and the Sprinters Stakes at Nakayama with Ultra Fantasy in 2010. The article does not state his birth date or nationality, so this entry does not either.
