Who's missing? is a game for children from kindergarten through sixth grade, often played in the classroom. One student hides his or her eyes while the other children trade seats and one child leaves the room; alternatively, the guesser leaves the room while another child hides. Once everyone is seated, the leader or teacher says to turn around, or come back in, and see who's missing, and the child tries to work out who is absent. Rules vary on how many guesses are allowed, and after a specified time the teacher names the missing child so the game is not delayed. The guesser then becomes the next child to leave, whether the guess was right or not, and a new round begins.
