War of the Star Slavers is a science fiction space combat board game designed by Dave Casciano and published by the Attack Wargaming Association in 1977. Players assume control of one of two rival empires or operate as independent Star Slavers, with empire players completing cargo runs for profit while competing against each other and Star Slaver players attempting to intercept merchant vessels and resell their cargo. The game features a hex based map of 114 by 80 hexes across four sections and more than two hundred cardstock counters representing ships and cargo, though reviewers criticized its ambiguous rules woolly presentation and low quality components, with one critic awarding it three out of ten.
